Welcome to KnowMe. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using KnowMe, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

2. Description of Service

KnowMe is a real-time 2-player quiz game where players test how well they know each other through personal questions and answers. The app provides:

• Real-time multiplayer rooms via room code or QR code
• Dual roles: Answerer and Guesser
• 60+ personality and relationship questions across multiple categories
• Premium question packs unlockable via ad or in-app purchase
• Friends system and game history for signed-in users
• Full English and Turkish language support

3. User Accounts

You may use KnowMe as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to sign in with Google or Apple, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use KnowMe only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application

5. In-App Purchases

KnowMe offers optional premium question packs available via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the payment terms of the respective platform. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy.

6. Privacy

Your use of KnowMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Game answers shared during a session are not stored after the game ends.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of KnowMe — including but not limited to the app name, design, question content, graphics, and software — are the exclusive property of KnowMe and its developers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

KnowMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

KnowMe and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
